CCCMT Mini Musical - FAQ’s and Information:
MATILDA Jr.
Please read carefully as most questions will be answered here.

WHO CAN JOIN? / AGE REQUIREMENTS:
Any person ages 5-19 may register and audition to be a part of any of the 7-8 sessions. Because of the nature of the show, we need kids of all ages. We encourage older kids and sibling groups to participate.

DO I HAVE TO AUDITION?

NO. Everyone who registers is given a part. However, we will hold a casting selection prior to session start to determine parts. We encourage everyone to try their best. If you absolutely do not want to audition, you do not have to. You will still be given a part.

REGISTRATION:

Everyone who is registered will be given a part. You must complete the registration form and make payment to complete registrations.

SESSION DATES:

We tentatively have 7-8 sessions planned, starting in November and going until April. Sessions will open up as they get closer to their session start. Choose a session that dates for work you. Please choose one where you can miss dance, soccer, etc, for 2 weeks. Practices for the mini musical need to be a priority for these 2 weeks.

WILL THERE BE A LIMIT TO THE KIDS WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
YES. Because of the growing number of children who want to be in the mini musical, CCCMT will limit the number of children we accept. It will be based on first registered and paid - so register early.

PARTICIPATION FEE:
There is a fee of $60 to participate in the musical. This INCLUDES the costume fee. There is a discount for sibling groups.

Participation fees are NON-REFUNDABLE, so make sure this is something you want to do before registering.

EVERYONE IS A VOLUNTEER:
We are all volunteers (directors, production, costumes, choreographers, etc.) who volunteer many hours and their talents. Please be respectful of every volunteer. We will not tolerate students or parents being disrespectful to our volunteers.

ADDITIONAL FEES:

-Tickets to the Show :
Tickets are required to see the show. They are $6.00. Cast members will bring home a ticket sales sheet.
-Memory Makers :(Optional)

ADDITIONAL PERFROMANCES:

Some sessions will perform for the local elementary schools. They will need to miss school on the days of these performances.
